Your Opportunity:

The Field Marketing Associate will support the Exmark Marketing team to continue growth of the company's commercial turf equipment business.

Work Location:

This opportunity is based out of Beatrice, NE division headquarters.The current team will consider a hybrid schedule of 3 days on campus, 2 optional at a remote office.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

  • Manage day to day field marketing agency partner.

  • Lead regional and local field marketing strategies.

  • Lead the Customer Care mailing and gift program with agency partner.

  • Manage direct dealer co-op programs including budget, planning, claims and strategy support.

  • Maintain and execute the business growth program including updating existing program documentation, collaborating with program leads and posting updates to dealer extranet.

  • Manage the wearables and merchandise program for gear store, special order programs and events.

  • Assist with tradeshow and event planning including wearables and merchandise orders.

  • Assist with social media support including content development and monitoring for dealer channels.

  • Manage the schedule and orders for point of purchase program.

  • Gather and place product literature and information guide orders for channel partners.

  • Execute monthly channel partner e-newsletter and other email marketing initiatives including survey development.

  • Assist marketing team with sending out channel communications.

  • Develops strong working relationships and collaborates with sales, customer service, engineering, operations, and other functions within Exmark.

  • Ability to support dealer events, anticipated 10% or less travel to host events.


What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related field) from four-year college or university required.

  • 0-2 years of related experience is preferred.

  • The position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with social media, MailChimp (or other email marketing programs), Canva, Photoshop and other content creation software preferred. 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills are required to successfully interact with external and internal customers.

  • Demonstrated social media aptitude with an ability to learn and apply new things. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize based on due dates or importance.

  • Competitive Salary A reasonable estimate for this opportunity is $62,000-$77,500 annually.The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
