Digital Content Specialist - Ventrac

As a Digital Content Specialist you will be responsible for building and executing digital marketing content that support business objectives and drive greater awareness through video. This role will amplify video team efforts in support of the sales and marketing objectives by creating and editing content for multiple outlets used both online and in-person. Through video, the digital content specialist will help enhance brand awareness and overall ROI targeting B2B or B2C customers.

What Will You Do?

• Function as part of the marketing team to amplify brand messaging through creation of video

• Maintain existing web pages with up-to-date video content

• Edit video using Adobe Premiere Pro on a PC platform

• Animate things such as titles in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop

• Assist with content generation for website and social media

• Create training and service videos instructing operators how to use product properly

• Assisting in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials

• Create and manage budget for production costs and expenses

• Schedule tasks within the video production process

• Locate and book shooting venues

• Edit video content to brand standards, with relevant design trends to optimize brand awareness

• Meeting with relevant stakeholders to discuss the project

• Create and effectively present monthly web analytic performance reports

What Do You Need?

• Digital Content Specialist I 0 - 3 years relevant experience

• Digital Content Specialist II 3 – 5 years relevant experience

• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere or other professional video editing software

• Proven ability to work as part of a team, accept feedback and make necessary changes

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)

• Strong interpersonal skills – professional, courteous, friendly and helpful

• Communications, Film or Media Degree, or relevant experience

• Solid understanding of best practices and standards for video development and performance

• Must be able to collaborate and work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment

• 15-20% travel required
