Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing inventory levels, processing customer orders, and supporting supply chain planning to optimize stock availability and order fulfillment. This role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, sales, support, and accounting departments to ensure efficient inventory control and smooth order processing. Additionally, the role includes demand forecasting, supply planning, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What Will You Do?

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.

  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct product selection and timely shipping.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for international orders, including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and compliance paperwork.
  • Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market conditions to improve planning accuracy and reduce stock outs or overstock.
  • Perform regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile stock records to maintain accuracy.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to optimize storage, product allocation, and inventory movement.
  • Address order-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with fulfillment.
  • Develop and generate reports on inventory performance, order trends, and planning metrics to support decision-making.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance inventory control and order processing efficiency.
  • Complete other assignments and projects as assigned by manager.

What Do You Need?

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related plus 2 years of experience. High school diploma and 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience in inventory management & order processing.
  • Inventory control principles and supply chain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability for domestic traveling.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range is between $17.01 - $25.51. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
