Customer Service Intern - Exmark

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

• Customer service administration, data entry and system navigation skills required, with proficency in Microsoft Office programs; Salesforce experience a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinate registrations:  registration resets, inquiries from distributors and dealers, handles MyExmark registrations, Salesforce cases, and other registration related issues.

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.

• Helped organize and maintain digital filing systems for customer service records.

• Maintain customer list, letters, envelopes, printing, stuffing, mailing.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• To be eligible for this program you must be a student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly and make a positive contribution.

• Attention to detail and quality.

Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $18.00-25.00 per hour.
