Hours:

1st Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay:$19.59

What Will You Do?

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying standard work instructions, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Positions parts in specified relationship to each other using general knowledge of product and/or using bills of materials
  • Bolts, screws, clips or otherwise fastens parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic)
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiatives
  • Maintains all equipment and tools in good working condition by performing daily pre-shift inspections
  • Strives to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards
  • Continually seeks to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of product
  • Ability to learn a variety of different assembly stations
  • Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved
  • Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

What Do You Need?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
  • Ability in using tools (electric and pneumatic) and/or machines.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in using power tools helpful The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally
