Service Technician

Toro Australia is seeking a dedicated Technical Services Specialist - Parts to join our Customer Service team in Bendigo. Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Technical Contact: Provide technical parts advice and support to the Customer Service team, dealer network, and direct customers.

• Customer Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, follow up on back orders, and provide updates to customers.

• Technical Assistance: Assist customer service with parts interpretation, technical information, and product specifications.

• Communication with OEMs: Establish and develop communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as needed.

• Productivity Improvement: Implement procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Rework Coordination: Help to coordinate rework programs with Warranty and Product Manager - Equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a technical role in a commercial environment.

• Lawn and garden or OEM equipment experience preferable.

• Strong customer focus with the ability to work across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

• Knowledge of safe working practices.

• Familiarity with SAP RP/3 and Infor CRM (desirable).

• Enjoys being part of a team and contributes to a positive work environment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and maintain successful business relationships.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

• Willingness to attend training locally as necessary.
