What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

• Works under the guidance of an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer as assigned.

• Learning and participating in the new product development (NPD) process.

• Visit local manufacturing plant(s) and support a prototype, pilot or production build.

• Production assembly process development/improvement and analysis.

• New product Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) analysis, project leadership, and cost justification (ROI).

• Vertical integration and outsourcing opportunity evaluation and recommendations.

• Complete a report-out presentation to present to other Toro employees.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

• Enrolled in an accredited 4 year engineering program in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering. Must have achieved Junior status (2 years completed), with a graduation date no sooner than December of 2025.

• Technology background/studies preferred.

• Ability to work independently on projects and on a team.

• Skills in Microsoft Office Suite software required.

• Experience with CAD/CREO/CreoView software a plus.

Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $22.00-33.00 per hour.
