Job Purpose:
As a Data Analyst III, you will design and deliver analytics solutions that support the Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Distributor Development teams. Working independently and collaboratively, you will develop reports and dashboards, optimize data models and their performance. You will translate business needs into reliable insights, promote self-service analytics, and support effective decision-making across the division.
Through accurate data stewardship, responsive analysis, and continuous process improvement, you will help the division achieve its sales objectives.
What Will You Do?
- Develop, manage, and distribute interactive dashboards and reports, including advanced calculations and measures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distributor Development and stakeholders to define reporting needs and document requirements.
- Design and optimize data models, calculated fields, semantic layers, and report performance.
- Create and maintain standardized report templates and themes.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, reports, and dashboards by troubleshooting data-quality, integration, and visualization issues.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations that support divisional objectives.
- Own the customer-classification process to enable retail-sales analysis by market segment.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting from Commercial Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, Product Forecasting and Distributor Development.
- Serve as a data steward by cleansing, maintaining, and compiling data as needed.
- Support user adoption by maintaining system and process documentation, delivering demonstrations and training, and providing first-level support to internal and external users.
- Plan and complete special projects that support Commercial Division strategies
- Represent the division on enterprise-wide Business Intelligence initiatives.
- Continuously improve Sales and Marketing information processes.
- Other duties as requested or assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in analytics or reporting development
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models that support decision-making and enable self-service analytics
- Advanced experience with at least one business intelligence platform; Power BI with DAX experience preferred
- Intermediate SQL and data-modeling skills
- Familiarity with modern data platforms; Snowflake experience preferred
- Experience developing semantic layers
- Strong understanding of data visualization concepts
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Other Job-Related Components:
- Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required
- Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office required

- Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $96,900 - $121,100. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
