Your Opportunity:
The Customer Support Specialist, Order Services provides exceptional order to invoice customer relations experience for assigned accounts.Works with customers to manage product availability and shipment consolidation within SAP, in an effort to satisfy whole-goods requirements.

Work Location:This opportunity is based out of Bloomington, MN international headquarters.The current team works 5-days on-site; however will consider a hybrid schedule of 3 days on campus, 2 optional remote days from a home office after successful completion of training.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet shipping goals of the customer(s) and division(s) within SAP. Process shipments in accordance with customer requirements and export regulations. Identify and communicate any issues which would delay or impede prompt shipment of orders.
Produce and distribute order management reports to customers to optimize consolidation of truckload shipments.
Support and interact with sales and marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and traffic to facilitate order requirements.
Maintain knowledge of Toro products. Maintain best in class responsiveness to correspondence with internal and external customers.
Document and update departmental procedures as needed. Take lead in periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements.
Complete ongoing learning and education to ensure competence with growing and changing needs of the Corporation.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum three (3) years related experience; or minimum of (7) years direct experience with Toro customers and business systems required.
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, remaining focused on the ultimate objective.
Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with a wide-range of internal and external customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate.
Ability to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals. Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Skilled data entry and system navigation skills. Proficent in Microsoft Office programs, including strong keyboarding skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with other order related systems; SAP and product knowledge and configurations desired.
Job Dimensions:
Support the Toro divisions as primary contact for multiple accounts.
Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative / operations offices.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse, and to handle other computer components.

Competitive Salary– A reasonable range is $50,000 - $60,000 for this opportunity. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
