As an Enterprise Insights Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in helping The Toro Company better understand markets, customers, and business trends across our portfolio of brands. With a curious and proactive mindset, you will partner with cross-functional teams to support market research, customer insights, economic trend analysis, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. Your work will help transform information into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about understanding customers and markets, enjoys solving business challenges, and is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level projects and business strategy.
Assisting with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market, customer, and business data from a variety of internal and external sources.
Supporting economic and industry trend analysis to help identify opportunities and risks affecting the business.
Leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance market research, customer understanding, and business insight initiatives.
Analyzing customer feedback, survey results, market research, and behavioral trends to uncover insights and guide decision-making.
Supporting the creation of dashboards, reports, presentations, and visualizations that communicate key findings to business stakeholders.
Translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners, including senior leadership.
Collaborating with teams across marketing, product management, finance, and strategy to support enterprise priorities and special projects.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
Project management skills; ability to manage priorities, coordinate activities, and meet deadlines.
Experience with data visualization, reporting, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
Interest in market research, customer insights, economic trends, or business strategy.
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies is preferred.
Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate key takeaways.
Naturally curious and eager to learn.
Collaborative and team-oriented working style.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in group settings.
Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks.
Operates with a solution-oriented and business-minded approach.

Competitive Pay – Competitive compensation with an anticipated hourly rate of $20–$24. Actual rates may vary based on factors such as academic standing, business function, and other relevant considerations.
