What Will You Do?
As an Enterprise Insights Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in advancing analytics initiatives that support The Toro Company’s diverse portfolio of brands. With a curious, proactive mindset, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to advance economic forecasting, customer insights, and AI‑driven analysis. Your work will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful business improvements and enterprise-level impact.
This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about data storytelling, motivated by solving business challenges, and eager to build real‑world consulting and analytics skills.
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in data storytelling using economic forecasting data sourced from both internal systems and external market indicators.
Leveraging AI and machine learning tools to support customer persona development, market research, and early‑stage product concept testing.
Analyzing customer insights, segmentation datasets, surveys, and behavioral trends to uncover opportunities and guide decision‑making.
Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners, including senior leadership.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong data analytics and critical-thinking abilities.
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas and charts).
Experience with at least one BI or analytics tool—such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R—is a plus.
Coursework or experience in forecasting, econometrics, or predictive analytics.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., text analytics, machine learning basics, automation tools).
Exposure to market research or customer insights.
Characteristics:

Competitive Pay – anticipated pay range $22.00-$33.00 per hour.
