We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP, Integrated Supply Chain and ISC Leadership Team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ISC leadership team and will be responsible for a variety of events, administrative and support tasks.
Your Opportunity:
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a key member of a thriving Integrated Supply Chain team providing executive level administrative support, coordination, project management and analysis for Vice President, ISC along with other members of the ISC leadership team. Fully understand the business and priorities of the team and act proactively, to address needs.

Work Location:
The work location is in Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time.
The current team works 5-days on campus in Bloomington, MN. There could be occasional and intermittent times when hybrid is available, but generally this team is in the office 5 days a week.
What Will You Do? Key Responsibilities:
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, overseeing and coordinating events, and handling correspondence. Provide general support and assist other ISC leadership team members with various tasks as able.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Prepare and proofread information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Professionally interact with others, including all levels of employees, board members and internal and external stakeholders
Perform accurate expense reporting and management.
Responsible for office management, including ordering office supplies and overseeing general office processes
Conduct research and provide analytical support as needed and may identify opportunities for process improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and the organization.

Education & Experience
Prior demonstrated success as an Executive Assistant for VP or other C-Suite administrative role.A minimum of 4+ years of administrative support of increasing scope and responsibility.
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required (advanced education preferred).
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), internet knowledge and ability to learn internal system applications.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced education preferred.
Prior experience collaborating with an Integrated Supply Chain team is preferred but not required.

Competitive Salary– A reasonable salary estimate is $33/hr to $40/hr (approximately $68,640 - $83,200) for this opportunity.The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
