Job Purpose:
The Manager II, Lifecycle Services & Digital Products translates the L&C post-sale growth strategy into actionable portfolio roadmaps and commercial initiatives across residential services, dealer services and enhancements, digital products, and accessories. This role owns assigned initiatives from customer and dealer discovery through business case development, pilot, commercialization, adoption, and ongoing performance improvement.
Serving as the business product owner for assigned digital products, this role partners across marketing, product management, engineering, service, sales, finance, technology teams, and channel partners to deliver integrated solutions that improve the ownership experience, strengthen dealer capabilities, and drive profitable lifecycle growth.
What Will You Do?
- Translate the broader L&C post-sale growth strategy into assigned portfolio roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
- Develop and scale residential service offerings that simplify ownership and maintenance and improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Build dealer service programs, operational enhancements, and digital tools that improve service delivery, customer experience, and dealer economics.
- Serve as the business product owner for assigned digital products supporting services and accessories, including customer and dealer problem definition, business requirements, roadmap priorities, commercialization, adoption, analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Lead accessories business development across relevant equipment platforms, including portfolio expansion, attachment, bundling, merchandising, and channel growth opportunities.
- Connect physical accessories, service offerings, dealer capabilities, and digital experiences into integrated customer solutions.
- Identify unmet customer and dealer needs through Voice of the Customer, user research, market analysis, field observation, digital analytics, and performance data.
- Lead assigned opportunities from discovery through business case, pilot or minimum viable product, commercialization, launch, scale, and ongoing performance improvement.
- Develop initiative-level business cases, forecasts, investment requirements, and performance targets; manage assigned project budgets and provide inputs to annual and long-range financial planning.
- Evaluate dealer economics, operational requirements, capability needs, and adoption barriers when designing and commercializing new programs and digital products.
- Define offer structure, pricing, promotion, bundling, channel economics, customer journeys, and go-to-market plans that improve adoption and profitability.
- Develop customer and dealer enablement plans, including onboarding, training, sales tools, operating guidance, merchandising, digital content, and launch support.
- Partner with engineering, service, operations, test, legal, finance, IT, digital product and technology teams, sales, and marketing to launch scalable offerings with clear ownership, dependencies, and support models.
- Establish and manage performance measures across revenue, margin, service adoption, digital engagement and conversion, accessory attachment, dealer participation, customer retention, satisfaction, and return on investment.
Job Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in product marketing, business development, lifecycle services, digital product management, channel programs, aftermarket, accessories, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, product management, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
- Experience developing and commercializing customer or dealer service offerings and digital products is preferred
- Experience working through a business-to-business dealer/distribution system is highly preferred

- Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $125,000 - $135,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
