What Will You Do?

As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will support projects that contribute to the Sitework Systems team’s strategic goals while developing experience across content marketing, digital communications, analytics, and channel enablement.


You will collaborate with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, and other partners to help coordinate and execute a variety of marketing initiatives, including:

  • Drafting and organizing content for social media, promotional emails, product webpages, sales literature, presentations, and other marketing communications.
  • Supporting the execution of digital and social media initiatives, including content calendars, campaign coordination, website updates, and basic performance reporting.
  • Helping create, update, and maintain sales and channel enablement resources, such as sell sheets, battle cards, program materials, dealer communications, and marketing guides.
  • Conducting competitive, customer, and market research to support product launches, content development, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Analyzing marketing and program performance using available reporting tools, summarizing findings, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinating inputs, timelines, reviews, and assets for marketing projects in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Supporting photo and video shoots, trade shows, marketing events, and ongoing go-to-market initiatives.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital marketing assets, project files, and content libraries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

  • Current undergraduate Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. ​
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.​
  • Interest and enthusiasm for both creative and analytical aspects of marketing. ​
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. ​
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to support a range of tasks. ​​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) a plus. 
  • ​Experience or knowledge of landscape, construction and rental industries a plus.​​

  • Competitive Pay – Competitive compensation with an anticipated hourly rate of $20–$24. Actual rates may vary based on factors such as academic standing, business function, and other relevant considerations.
