Your Opportunity:
The Project Manager, Supply Chain Transformation & Enablement is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple aspects of The Toro Company’s global supply chain operations.
This role will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise supply chain system implementations, with immediate focus on SAP Business Network / SAP Ariba. The Project Manager will apply formal project management methodologies (PMI/PMP standards) to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder objectives are achieved.
This position requires strong SAP functional expertise, disciplined project governance, structured change management capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed global organization.

Work Location:
Candidates can choose their office: This role will be based at either the Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters, or in Perry, Oklahoma at the Ditch Witch Divsion Headquarters.
Fully remote is not available at this time.
The current team works 3-days on campus, with optional 2-days remote.
Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices.
What Will You Do? Key Responsibilities:
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Project Initiation & Governance:Develop and formalize project charters, business cases, and success criteria. Define project scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes aligned to strategic supply chain priorities. Identify stakeholders and establish governance structure, communication cadence, and escalation pathways. Secure alignment and formal approval from executive sponsors and steering committees.
Project Planning:Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans including Scope management plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule and milestone plan, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, change management plan. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external suppliers.
Project Execution – SAP Ariba (Near-Term Priority):Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Business Network / SAP Ariba across strategic sourcing, procurement (P2P), supplier collaboration and manufacturing operations enablement.Facilitate requirements gathering, process design workshops, and system configuration alignment. Oversee supplier onboarding strategy including pre-onboarding communications outlining transition timelines, system expectations, support resources, training requirements.Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and operational readiness criteria.
Monitoring & Controlling: Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality baselines.Provide executive-ready status reporting and dashboard updates. Manage scope changes through structured change control processes. Monitor adoption, system utilization, and post-go-live stabilization metrics.
Change Management & Enablement:Serve as change management lead for supply chain system transformations. Develop structured stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. Identify resistance points and implement mitigation plans to drive adoption. Ensure alignment between system capabilities and operational process design.
Training & Capability Development:Design and implement structured training programs for internal supply chain teams, external suppliers and partners.Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and system documentation.Facilitate training sessions and support hyper care/post-go-live stabilization.Establish sustainment plans to ensure long-term adoption and compliance.
Additional Systems Initiatives:Lead or support implementation of additional platforms such as Oracle Global Trade Compliance, Assent and transportation, warehousing, and supplier quality systems.Identify process improvement opportunities and drive digital enablement initiatives across the supply chain network.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or related field required.
7–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or enterprise systems roles required.
5+ years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives required.
Hands-on experience implementing SAP Ariba / SAP Business Network or similar is required.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience operating within structured project governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large scale, enterprise-level projects.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as mechanical and technical capabilities
Highly self-motivated, ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple objectives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Competitive Salary – A reasonable salary estimate is $100,000-$115,000 for this opportunity.The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
