As a TA Operations Manager you will be responsible foroptimizingthe end-to-end recruiting ecosystem through systems,processes,dataandvendor management.Ensurescalable,efficientand compliantrecruiting practices while enablinga positiveexperience for candidates, hiring managersand recruiters. Strategic partner to TA leadership, HR, IT,financeand external vendors to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and outcomes.
What Will You Do?
Own and continuously improve end-to-end TA processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Identifyopportunities to simplify workflows,eliminatemanual work, and scale recruiting operations as the organization grows.
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance, and best practices across the TA function.
Serve as the primary owner of TA technology, including the Applicant Tracking System(Workday)and other recruiting tools.
Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to implement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on recruiting performance, capacity, quality, and time-to-fill; develop dashboards and reporting for TA and business leaders.
Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors, including agencies, background check providers, assessment tools, recruitment marketing partners, and other TA suppliers.
Drive vendor performance, contract management, cost optimization, and ROI evaluation.
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiter productivity, candidate engagement, and decision-making.
Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts, including career site optimization, job postings, candidate communications, and sourcing tools.
Act as a trusted partner to TA leaders, recruiters, and HR Business Partners by providing operational tools, insights, and solutions.
Support change management, training, and adoption of new processes and tools.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, ora relatedfield.
5–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or recruiting operations.
Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement, system optimization, and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
Preferred
Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts.
Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation.
Project management or continuous improvement certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) a plus.

Competitive Salary– The pay rangetakes into accountskills, experience, education, and location.It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between$125,000-$150,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.You may be eligible toparticipatein an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
