The Treasury & Risk Analyst (II or III ) is responsible for supporting the company's treasury function including cash and balance sheet management, liquidity planning, and risk management activities. This role requires strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments, banking relationships, and corporate finance principles. This role will also provide support for our global insurance program.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: ​

  • Manage daily cash positioning to ensure liquidity and optimize cash balances.
  • Payment initiation, review, and approval for wire transfers, ACH batches and other payment methods as required.
  • Prepare and disseminate the weekly global cash forecast.
  • Administer global bank account management including portal administration, authorized signer maintenance, KYC requests, open/close bank accounts, audit confirmation and fee monitoring.
  • Prepare and analyze global cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in global treasury projects and support treasury system implementations and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury operations. Support audits and documentations of treasury processes.
  • Prepare quarterly debt covenant compliance reports.
  • Support foreign exchange (FX) management by analyzing exposures, recommending hedging strategies, and executing FX transactions with counterparties.
  • Work with our banking partners to obtain various banking products and services to ensure cost effective and efficient treasury operations.
  • Support the insurance renewal processes and claims management in collaboration with our insurance broker.
  • Support corporate vehicle leasing program.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
  • CTP certification preferred.
  • Analyst II: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance; treasury or banking experience preferred.
  • Analyst III or Sr. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance; treasury or banking experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail to enable accurate work. Sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for continuous process improvement and automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
  • Proficient in the use of MS office products.
  • Experience in working with or implementing a treasury management system (TMS) preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and OneStream is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.
