Extrusion Maintenance Lead - The Toro Company

Wage: $30/hr plus, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate maintenance/equipment logistics operations, staffing and training functions to boost program effectiveness and mission readiness.
• Reprogram PLC applications shorten and modify clean in place program to give better turnaround times.
• Assist engineering staff in defining parameters of PLC programming and operation, resulting in an increase of production efficiency.
• Monitor, adjust and balance of interior air flow, temperature, components and chemicals used to treat various water systems
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs. Extrusion and Plastic injection.
• Team with internal software developers and leadership to ensure overall functionality and successful implementation of Extrusion machines
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and equipment logistics operations, staffing and training functions to boost program effectiveness and mission readiness.
• Perform prepare associate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hour flexibility, day and night shift.
• Highly experienced in Extrusion/Plastic injection.
• Hour Flexibility Day and Night Shift.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be familiar with resin processing, PVC, glass-filled nylon, glass-filled polypropylene, ABS, polyethylene, and acetyl.
• Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with Managers and supervisors.
