Under the direction of the warehouse supervisor, theInventory Clerkwill be responsible for inventory reporting, monitoring, tracking, and daily reporting of all storage trailers and staged inventory. 

Starting Wage:$18 to $22 per hour (based on experience) 

Hours:Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm

What Will You Do?

  • Housekeeping and 5S enforced daily

  • Responsible for cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies as required

  • Perform Inventory transactions for receipts as required. Include location to store when required

  • Coordinate trailer movements and verify all loads maps for storage trailers. Includes, all new loads and unloaded trailers used for shipping requirements

  • Publish and update daily cycle count reports for WHOT, SHIP and new storage trailer locations

  • Provide investigation and corrective action suggestions for repeated inventory errors

  • Consolidation of material on storage trailers

  • Inspect/receive BOL/Manifest for receipts

  • Warehouse location Put Away with Scanners

  • The logistics inventory associate will assist the logistics coordinator when required.i.epost receipts, store resin etc.

  • Warehouse support to include South-bound loading of trailers and adherence to process rules

  • Insure use of Personal Protective Equipment

  • Includes Pick/Pull and related pick process on scanners

  • Verification/Validation of correct SILO unloading with delivery drivers

  • The Logistics inventory coordinator will also assist in other warehouse functions such as LTL/Parcel receiving, South-bound loading, DC transfer loading as required

What Do You Need?

  • High School or equivalent preferred

  • A minimum of three (3) years of previous warehouse and inventory cycle counting experience

  • Proficient ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English

  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written with all levels of internal and external contacts

  • Strong ability to add and subtract six (6) digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s without the use of calculator

  • Strong analytical, math, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to identify various types of plastic resin materials

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written and oral instructions

  • Ability to deal with problem involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

  • Forklift Machine Certification a must
