Job Purpose: To ensure smooth functioning of business operations at ITC to achieve optimal results with effective planning, organization and solutions-oriented approach while driving growth and positively impacting profitability.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Month-end closing.
- BS accounts reconciliation.
- AP invoices coding.
- Time & Attendance
- Daily safety briefing
- Administration of internal labor regulations.
- Ensures legal compliance in all labor matters.
- Overseeing maintenance, safety, and security of facilities and equipment.
- Ensures all hires and separations are properly documented and reported to Mexican Social security administration to prevent fines and penalties.
- Formulates safety and security policies and procedures to be followed by company personnel in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations, including the Ministry of Labor.
- Being the Company representative in labor disputes and, Social Security and housing fund Reporting.
- Develops, coordinates, and issues responses to ethics point complaints.
- Coordinates activities, such as preparing job descriptions; interviewing, selecting and hiring candidates, compiles statistical reports concerning recruitment, promotions, terminations and performance evaluations.
- Prepares the pre-payroll of all employees at the site.
- Ensure legal compliance with safety and environmental regulations (JMAS, Civil Protection, SDUE, SIAT)
- Ensure compliance with the industrial safety training matrix
- Report any incident to the Toro data base (TSS)

What do you need?
Job Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree concluded with 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- HR Systems.
- Financial Experience.
- EHS Experience.
- Experience in implementing and developing policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service.
- Communication skills at all levels.
- Microsoft Office
- Fully bilingual English & Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master degree
- Tracking budget and financial reporting.
- Hiring process.
- Workday.
Other Job-Related Components
- This position will have up to 10 + direct reports, considered an office manager focused on HR, Finance and EHS.
- Site will be a temporary location to then relocate to the final building.
