What Will You Do?
- Manage freight movement for both import and export, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate shipping documentation and logistics from Toro and non-Toro locations (Australia, Europe, USA).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with export customers and service providers.
- Prepare financial reports and statements related to export-import operations.
- Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all logistics practices.
- Maintain AUSFTA data with freight forwarder to reduce import duty
- Maintain and update EPA certification and compliance
What Do You Bring?
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an export/logistics role within a medium to large organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP and Ozdocs Export Software.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures.
- Experience with export/import documentation (e.g., Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible attitude with a willingness to work overtime when required.
