Warehouse Supervisor

What Will You Do?

• Plan and direct warehouse activities to ensure timely distribution of products.
• Monitor stock levels and vendor performance regarding quality, delivery, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and review SAP MRP database fields.
• Liaise with various departments to support their requirements effectively.
• Oversee inbound and outbound functions, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure compliance with WHSE guidelines.
• Coach and train new staff members, maintaining high productivity and attendance.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and functional condition.

What Do You Bring?

• Extensive experience in warehousing and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Highly developed verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
• Understanding of WHSE requirements and a valid forklift license.
• Ability to recognize strengths and opportunities for development within team members.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently with minimum supervision.
