First shift: 5am-1:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay:$19/hr plus, depending on experience and skillset

The Inventory Clerk ensures compliance with established internal control procedures. They must possess an understanding of supply chain management processes including inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and material storage methodologies. They must also have a basic understanding of material movement transactional data, production methodologies and replenishment techniques. Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment under the guidance of senior personnel in the functional area.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Complete all changes in the system for locations from Kanban to Hardware and ensure physical movements take place.
  • Complete any BOM changes that are made in the system and coordinate with the productions supply department to ensure notification of changes.
  • Set up all hardware and Kanban parts in the system and physically for all new product launches.
  • Frequent communication with Product support, Engineers and Supervisors to ensure all Kanban, hardware, and inventory missions are taken place.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills
  • Must work well in a teamwork environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent project and time management skills
  • Proficient working in email and basic computer systems
  • Physically able to safely operate Ventrac equipment (IE. tow motor, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and stretch overhead, stand, twist, bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a hot/cold indoor and outdoor environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in Receiving or Shipping
  • 1+ year experience in inventory control
  • 1+ year experience with Syspro
