2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am

Job Overview:

  • Assure all employees are working safely and following PPE requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 1st shift Supervisors as well as all 2nd shift employees. While promoting and strengthening the Ventrac culture.

  • Promote and utilize LEAN principles.

  • Assure end of shift communication is complete and accurate to the department Supervisors and Manager of Operations.

  • Maintain high visibility on the floor and promote good morale and open communications.

  • Perform interviews of applicants and complete the hiring process

  • Perform performance reviews and communication of those reviews to employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum 3-5 years applicable work experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
