This position is responsible for managing Ditch Witch social media efforts to engage our worldwide customer base. This role strives to increase online visibility and growth, while keeping up with the everchanging technologies and trends in the digital space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various platforms.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our B2B manufacturing brand identity and business goals
  • Manage daily content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook/Meta
  • Maintain and optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performances
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and support integrated campaigns
  • Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential customers to build meaningful relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices
  • Recommend optimizations for campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Manage Ditch Witch virtual reality applications
  • Build relationships with dealership personnel for social media content creation
  • Travel up to 25% (mostly local, some overnight travel on occasion)

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business, communications, digital media, or related field required.
  • Specialist I, Marketing : 0–2 years of experience
  • Specialist II, Marketing: 2–4 years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience in social media management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point and outlook) required
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Ability to take and edit engaging photographs and videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between$55,000 - $70,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
