This position is responsible for identifying parts according to the lifecycle management and contributing to the engineering change order process.  This employee will support planning functions through inventory analysis, report generation and review of demand changes and coverage.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

• Identify obsolete or items that will become obsolete and reconcile dispositions.

• Analyze inventory to flag obsolete parts, ensure efficient parts distribution and identify critical spare parts.

• Provide reports around equipment, parts orders, shipments, discrepancies etc.

• Communication with other teams, schedulers, controllers etc. to ensure needed information is provided for discussion or decisions regarding inventory.

• Work with others to implement demand forecasting and supply planning.

• Communication with surplus buyers regarding bids, payment and shipments

• Initiate CRDs for parts obsolescence

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or Business and experience in demand planning, inventory management or production planning environments

• In lieu of degree must have five plus years experience in demand planning, inventory management, or production planning environments.

• EXCEL expert

• Competent computer skills, including Excel and Word

• ERP systems experience required

Preferred Experience:

• SAP

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$54900 - ​$85000​. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
