As the global subject matter expert for Orange Intel, the RSM leverages deep telematics expertise and data-driven insights to strengthen dealer capabilities, standardize best practices, and support field execution worldwide. Responsibilities include developing global strategies, tools, live reporting dashboards, and training programs to accelerate adoption, enhance customer visibility, and grow recurring revenue across all markets.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver global product, training, demos, and onboarding sessions to increase dealer knowledge and subscription activations driving Orange Intel growth.
- Develop and implement standardized global processes for demos, activations, onboarding, and support.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting, dealer performance tracking and subscription analytics.
- Partner with sales and leadership to drive global strategy, support regional initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support major key accounts through on-site visits and assist dealers with technical, sales, and integration needs.
- Participate in global forecasting, sales reviews, market analysis and cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Maintain strong knowledge of telematics, GPS systems, and Orange Intel features to communicate programs and product value.
- Set global dealer adoption goals and leverage organizational resources to ensure success.
- Act as the escalation point for dealer and end-user issues, ensuring rapid resolution and consistent communication.
- Build strong relationships with global dealer organizations through regular travel and strategic engagement.
Work Environment
- Office-based with frequent travel to dealer locations, customer sites, and outdoor job conditions. #LI-Onsite
- Exposure to utilities, heavy equipment, and varying weather during demos and site visits.
- Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and global coordination.
- Domestic and international travel (25–50%).
- Regular use of rental/company vehicles and telematics equipment during demonstrations.
- Work around fuels, lubricants, batteries, and other shop/service materials.
- Frequent use of computer systems, Power BI dashboards, and online communication tools.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- DSM: HS Diploma minimally required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years relevant industry or sales experience
- RSM: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics or related field. 5+ years of successful sales experience in durable goods, equipment, telematics, or dealer-distribution environments.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and global dealer networks.
- Advanced Power BI skills (dashboard design, data modeling, KPI tracking, real-time reporting).
- Proven ability to train, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent coaching, relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, ROI, dealer performance, and subscription trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Ability to develop and execute global sales strategies and dealer programs.
- Strong presentation skills for group training and product demonstrations.
- Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and administrative requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel globally.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between$84,000 - $115,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
