Toro Australia is looking for a motivated and customer-focusedArea Sales Manager to join our RLC (Residential, Landscape, Contractor) and Construction Equipment Sales team. In this exciting role, you will represent Toro in Sydney, NSW and surrounding regions, providing sales and marketing support to dealers and end-users while driving area sales plans to success. What Will You Do?
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans tailored to your designated territory.
- Support and maintain dealer networks while monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies.
- Demonstrate Toro’s innovative products to potential customers, showcasing their value and performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts and work collaboratively to achieve ambitious targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maintain Toro's competitive edge.
What Do You Bring?
- Proven success inequipment sales, ideally within the turf or RLC and construction sector.
- Strongmechanical knowledge and the ability to discuss operational aspects of turf care, RLC and construction equipment with confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with dealers and customers.
- Organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities and achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Avalid Australian driver’s license and the flexibility to travel within the Sydney region.
