Responsibilities
The Toro company has an opportunity for Power Equipment Assemblers!
Starting Pay: 1st Shift - $19.89
All teams typically start between 5:00-6:00 am & end between 2:30-3:30 pm.
Overtime is expected 30-90 minutes Monday through Friday.
Mandatory alternating Saturday seasonal overtime is also required during peak season.

Who are We?
The Toro Company, located in Tomah, Wisconsin, is an outdoor power equipment manufacturer. The product made at this facility is for both residential and commercial use. The primary departments are assembly, welding, material handling, paint, and supermarket pickers.
What Will You Do?
Safely assemble world-class power equipment to precise specifications. Preparing for work following standard work instructions; gathering parts, tools, and materials.
Perform assembly duties to produce a finished product. Fit, position, and fasten components to build machinery using a variety of hand and powered tools, presses, and hoists. Bolting, screwing, clipping, or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiatives.
Learning a variety of different assembly stations. Hang and prep parts for powder coat paint. Select, load, and unload parts from containers.
Test, run up, and prove the finished product; and package and ship the finished product.
What do you need?
Ability to perform every essential duty satisfactorily.
Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Experience in using power tools is helpful but not required.
