Finance Shared Services Specialist - Radius HDD

Radius, located in Weatherford, Texas is a division of The Toro Company. Radius is a customer-centered HDD tooling manufacturer that services customers of all major brands. Radius products are sold and serviced worldwide. 

The Toro Company (TTC) is seeking to grow the Shared Services team at our Weatherford, Texas, location with an individual driven by curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset while delivering strong, stable daily operations and exception management. 

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: ​​​​

• Responsible for the following shared service team functions:
  • Accounts Receivable: Apply customer payments and analyze customer discrepancies and disputes.
  • Customer Billing: Prepare customer invoices on a daily basis, field customer inquiries
  • Sales and Credit: Support the Sale and Credit teams in facilitating customer and order needs
  • Accounts Payable: Aid in processing accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.   Support vendor account set-up and maintenance.
  • Document Maintenance: Scan, organize and maintain supporting documents related to invoice, billing, shipping, and receiving
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing breakdowns and errors
• Partner with internal teams to resolve urgent or escalated events, especially when time sensitive at quarter and fiscal close
• Participate in other projects, audits, training, system, or process changes as appropriate, and other duties as assigned
• Review and update process and training documentation as needed

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:​

• Associate degree in: Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, other similar degree, or equivalent experience with HS Diploma will be considered  
• 2+ years’ relevant experience required
• Detail orientated, with good customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate a mindset and openness for collaboration and continuous improvement
• General understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Macola and SAP system experience a plus, but not required
• Position required to be onsite in Weatherford, TX #LI-Onsite

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range is between​$18.50 - $23.00. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
