What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Contribute to the design and development of the company’s products and processes
Read and understand customer and supplier drawings, engineering documents, and specifications
Prepare and modify engineering parts and drawings, using Creo, Windchill, and SAP
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ANSI, and ASME
Provide engineering support assistance for reviews such as root cause analysis, gate and technical reviews, and budget/program proposals
Interface with other local and global internal organizations such as manufacturing, service, product support, purchasing, and marketing, as well as external customers and suppliers
Assist team in identifying process improvements
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Must be a currently enrolled student majoring in an Engineering discipline and must have completed freshman year
Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn new skills
Must be flexible in acceptance of assignments and schedules
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate acceptance of responsibility and show pride in work performed
Experience with Computer Aided Design and ERP systems
Power Systems, including Hydraulics and Pneumatics, is a plus

Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $22.00-33.00 per hour.
